ICL Electrical Services are fully compliant with the Part P of the Building Regulations as required by recent Government legislation for domestic electrical installation work and repairs and are a member of NAPIT.

We are fully qualified Logic4 Photovoltaic Installers and in the process of achieving our MCS (micro generation certification scheme) status,which should be in place by the end of June 2010.

All work that is completed under a written contract and is notified to NAPIT is covered by a Work Quality Guarantee. In the event that your tradesperson is no longer in business, NAPIT provides a warranty to ensure that your installation will comply with the appropriate industry standards for six-years from the date of completion.

NAPIT Members carrying out domestic work in the UK can also be part of the Government Trustmark scheme. This gives you the assurance that the work will be carried to a professional standard. TrustMark signifies that a business has insurance, good health and safety practices – and proper dealings with customers. NAPIT carries out regular checks on the quality of work, trading practices and customer satisfaction.

Every NAPIT professional carries an identity card which shows who they are and what work they are qualified to carry out. NAPIT stands for National Association for Professional Inspectors and Testers and was founded in 1992.

ICL Electrical Services are NAPIT approved - but what does this actually mean to a member of the public/customer?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. We achieve this through high quality workmanship and a friendly, efficient service.

Before any work is commenced we will agree with you a quotation for the work, fix a firm start date and expected completion date. When the work is completed it will be fully tested and certified and the relevant certificates will be issued.
